What We're Looking For

• Previous Barista experience in a high-volume café, coffee shop or hospitality environment is required
• A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and quality standards
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• A friendly and approachable personality
• A desire to develop new skills and grow your career

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality organic coffee and other beverages to Pret standards
• Delivering friendly and efficient customer service with every interaction
• Maintaining excellent coffee quality, presentation and consistency
• Supporting the team to ensure the shop is clean, organized and fully stocked
• Following food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers and team members
• Acting as a role model for Pret’s values and behaviours
