Join a leading hospitality brand in Kuwait as a Barista – Specialty Coffee.We're looking for a passionate coffee professional with strong specialty coffee knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and hands-on experience in espresso preparation, manual brewing, and latte art. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences, maintaining quality standards, and creating memorable guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over, French press, and cold brew.

• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.

• Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation.

• Grind, dose, tamp, and extract espresso according to brand standards.

• Educate guests about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu offerings.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming café experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop or café.

• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, extraction, and milk texturing.

• Experience with latte art and manual brewing methods preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
