Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, cocktails and drinks according to hotel standards.

• Provide professional, friendly and personalized service to guests.

• Maintain excellent knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients and preparation methods.

• Take guest orders accurately and provide recommendations when required.

• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean and well organized.

• Prepare the bar mise en place and maintain appropriate stock levels.

• Follow standard recipes, portion controls and presentation standards.

• Handle cash and billing procedures accurately, where applicable.

• Monitor stock and minimize wastage.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.

• Previous experience in a similar position within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment.

• Relevant hospitality experience and knowledge of the position.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A professional and guest-focused approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Willingness and ability to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
