This is a Dubai-based opportunity for candidates currently based in South Africa who are open to relocating to the UAE and building their career within a luxury international hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and warmly assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.

• Complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.

• Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services and local attractions.

• Handle guest requests, inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and personalized service.

• Process reservations, room allocations and guest information accurately.

• Handle payments and billing procedures in accordance with hotel standards.

• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B and other departments.

• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.

• Follow all Front Office procedures, hotel standards and service guidelines.

• Assist with resolving guest concerns and escalate matters when required.
