Bartender - Pool Bar

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.

• Deliver outstanding, personalized guest service in line with Palazzo Versace brand values.

• Engage with guests to recommend drinks and promote signature cocktails.

• Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP protocols consistently.

• Assist with inventory control and daily stock checks.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and outlet success.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in a luxury or high-volume environment.

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Bartending, or Mixology.

• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.

• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.

• High level of personal presentation and professionalism.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Flexible, energetic, and able to work outdoors and under pressure.
