At Horizon Blue, we're focused on making sure BCBAs can show up for the kids and families who need them. Our BCBAs work with 8-10 families, with caseloads built around what each child actually needs rather than billing targets. The goal is to create space for BCBAs to thoughtfully support each child's progress and be present when families need them.
We're a mostly remote team, which takes intention. But it also means our BCBAs have more time to focus on the clinical work that matters: adjusting programming as a child grows, supporting parents through challenges, and coaching the RBTs working with kids daily. We keep learning what works by listening to our team about what helps them serve families well.
