Position: Female Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Behavior Technician (BT)
Locations: Multiple openings throughout Contra Costa. (Richmond, Martinez, San Pablo)
Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

Pay Incentives Starting Now!
We’re excited to recognize your hard work and flexibility with increased pay opportunities:

• $21/hour during training (2 weeks)
  
• $25–$28/hour No experience needed

Requirements:

• Own reliable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Active car insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Incredible Bonuses:

All bonuses are added on top of your base hourly rate!

+$10/hr for weekend sessions (Saturdays).

+$5/hr for Monday–Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later.
