Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Manage gated entry points, verifying authorization for all residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
• Patrol & Monitoring: Conduct routine foot patrols of parking areas, marina facilities, and common amenities; monitor CCTV networks and alarm systems.
• Hospitality & Service: Deliver first-class customer service by assisting residents and guests with directions, information, and escorts.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain digital daily activity logs, write accurate incident reports, and document safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to security breaches, alarm activations, and emergency protocols in coordination with local management.

Requirements

• Active Florida Class D Security License (Required)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License (Required)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (Required)
• Personal Smartphone for team communication and digital shift reporting (Required)
• Flexibility: Open availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
