BIM QC Technician

Rinvio is hiring a BIM QC Technician for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site full-time W-2 role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.

Pay: $55.00 - $72.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Schedule: 50 hours/week expected.

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

What you will do:

• Own or support BIM model quality checks, drawing/model review, issue tracking, and field coordination support.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

What we are looking for:

• Hands-on BIM/VDC, model coordination, drawing review, clash tracking, or document control experience
• Experience with tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is useful
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
