Job Description:

Adherence to established Standard Works for Blending and Sanitization

Operation of blending machines

Sanitization-operation of sanitizer and monitor critical control point

Mix raw materials (teas, herbs, flavors) for blending

Ensure lot integrity

Placement of raw materials in inventory

Operation of Forklift (at least two years minimum experience required)

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Assist in taking inventory throughout the year including year-end physical count

Completion of forms as required

Comply with plant rules and policies

Miscellaneous duties as assigned
