What Your Days Will Look Like

Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families
Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development
Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care plan
Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings
Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines

What We Offer

Base Salary: $78,000 to $100,000
Sign-on and Relocation Bonus: up to $15,000 in bonus pay, 2x PTO, or a mix of both
Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually)

What You'll Need

Current BCBA certification in good standing

Physical Requirements Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands.
