Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Bright Start ABA

We provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy for children on the autism spectrum and are looking for motivated, passionate, and dedicated BCBAs to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals
• Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments
• Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success

WHAT TO BRING:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB required
• Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings is a plus
• CPR Certification (preferably Red Cross)
• Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
