Job Requirements:

• 
  
  Ability to adhere to set work standards & follow company processes
• 
  Read work order to verify completion of all required operations
• 
  Body work takes only three coats of primer
• 
  Mud feather edges in 320 grit
• 
  Remove straight line scratches within one repair panel of body work in 320 grit
• 
  Sand out dent 4x the size of the dent with 320 (no shiny spots)
• 
  Have fun
• 
  
  Capacity to stand and be on your feet for 8 -10 hours per day
• 
  
  Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
• 
  
  Excellent time management skills
• 
  
  Clear and concise communication skills
• 
  
  Ability to work as a team to achieve set goals
