Detail Technician & Trainee

Your role within the organization will start within our Detail Department. Here is where you will learn the importance of how every department is interconnected and that each member of this team plays an integral role in the success of the organization.
You will spend your first 90 days perfecting the Detail Department: pre & post washes, Detail 4 Life, Rental Fleet management, time management and clear communication with the front office. At the 90 day mark, you will be evaluated on the following parameters:

- Detail Technician proficiency

- Attendance

- Core Value demonstration (Profitable, Innovative, Accountable, Selfless & Fun)

- Attitude & commitment to being a team player

If the above are being met or exceeded, a plan will be put into place to transition your daily work balance to 50% Detail and 50% Body Technician Trainee.

Once training in the Body Technician role, your responsibilities to the Detail Department will not go away but will be reduced. It will be imperative to your success that the Detail Department doesn't suffer as your knowledge and training advances.
At the 90-day mark, you will be responsible for setting goals for yourself over the course of the next year. We will then work together on an action plan to attain these goals, thus developing your skill set and laying a solid foundation for a career.

Detail Technician Roles & Responsibilities

- Pre & post washes

- Detail 4 Life

- Rental fleet upkeep, maintenance & management

- Detail bay organization & cleanliness

- Communication with front office and Repair Planning in regard to what the day holds
- Daily production meeting participation

- Snow removal

Body Technician Trainee Roles & Responsibilities (50%)

- Detail Department management (meaning daily requirements in Detail don't suffer)
- Potentially train a new Detail Technician

- Cross Training in the X-ray Department

- Working with X-ray Technician to repair XS and S jobs

- Daily production meeting participation

- Additional training courses based off of skills training needs
