Bookkeeper

Our behavioral health agency has an immediate need for an individual with a positive attitude to work closely with our management team. This position requires the candidate to be experienced and proficient with full chart of accounts and journal entries, payroll, quarterly reports, bank accounts and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and minor HR responsibilities. Candidate must be skilled and creative in excel spreadsheets to generate financial reports to allow for sound business decisions and have ability to assist CEO in day-to-day business operations. Excellent communication skills, professional image and willingness to work and grow within the company.

• Associate required; Bachelor’s (preferred)

• QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
