We're on the hunt for a Brand Lead. You'll act as the brand running partner to senior stakeholders, translating strategy into clear, executable plans and ensuring our brand shows up consistently and powerfully across every customer touchpoint. As Brand Lead, you will partner with Distribution and Digital leaders to bring business priorities to life through impactful brand initiatives. You'll drive a strong digital and social presence, leverage paid media and digital channels to strengthen awareness and consideration, and champion a consistently high standard of creative execution. You'll also embrace technology, data and AI to improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of how brand work gets delivered.
If you have the following:
BCom Marketing or a related qualification
5+ years' experience in a Brand Lead, Senior Brand Manager, Marketing Manager or similar role
Experience within Financial Services, Banking or a similarly complex consumer-focused environment
Strong brand management, stakeholder engagement, digital marketing and creative delivery capability, with an interest in emerging technology and AI
