All of our chefs from Commis Chef to Executive Chef play a valuable role in providing The Stafford London experience to our guests and we need a talented Breakfast Commis Chef like you to join the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing all dishes to the agreed company standards and specifications.
• Assisting with the preparation of Breakfast and Staff Canteen food
• Ensuring that all equipment, utensils and working areas are kept clean and in good working order at all times.
• Keeping the kitchen team constantly informed on all food related stock levels in accordance with business levels.
• Assisting the Kitchen team with daily inspections of the physical aspects of all kitchen areas, cold rooms and equipment.
• Adhering to all Food Hygiene practices and procedures.
