Responsibilities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field); advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or affiliate marketing — ideally in financial services, fintech, or brokerage in Thailand.
Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership strategies and creative initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
Results‑driven with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Understanding of financial markets and products (stocks, ETFs, CFDs, commodities, etc.).
Basic knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Analytical mindset able to interpret complex, multi‑source data and adapt to rapid industry changes.
Self‑starter thriving in fast‑moving, experimental environments.
Proficient in English and Thai, both written and spoken, with ability to work in an international environment.
