Building Consultant - Plan Processor

Are you a Res 3 or higher, currently competent Plan Processor / Building Surveyor with 3+ years' experience?

A Designer with experience designing complex, multi unit, residential units in Auckland?

We are looking for experienced plan processors and designers who are experienced with complex residential homes, multi unit and terrace house developments

All applicants must have a Reg 18 Qualification. (NZ Diploma or Degree in Construction related field)

You will need the following attributes:

• The ability to communicate to our customers in clear spoken and written English
• A proven track record of going the extra mile for customers
• Advanced current working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and Building Act
• NZ tertiary qualification in architecture/drafting, building surveying or construction (Reg18 compliant qualification)
• Good computer knowledge, working with AI is an advantage.
