• Gather and analyze business needs.
• Challenge and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Document and validate functional requirements.
• Provide functional support and expertise.
• Support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor project and release progress.
• Ensure deadlines, processes, and reporting standards are met.
• Manage requirements and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Business Analysis best practices.

Nice to have: Knowledge of BaNCS, Custody & Tax processes, and SQL.

 

Qualifications

• Experienced Business Analyst;
• Master’s Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax or Law;
• Minimum 4 years financial industry experience with an emphasis on Custody activity;                                        
• Experience at Waterfall methodology and JIRA use;
• Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL);
• Overall general IT knowledge and Custody knowledge are a plus
• Good written and spoken English.
