KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the setup of user surveys and interviews for market researches, as well as process data/information collected for further analysis.
• Support to analyze and evaluate the potential of new product solutions. Collaborate with product UI/UX to finalize product design solutions.
• Assist in executing user communication and promotion campaigns, including user segmentation, personalized content development, landing page setup, key visual (KV) design coordination, and incentive distribution, as well as analyzing post-campaign results.
• Build automation workflows to support the Business Development team in providing customer benefits such as Partner Label, Banner placement, and Company Logo, etc.
• Assist with processing payments and coordination for relevant vendors (e.g., call center partners, voucher providers, etc.).
• Take charge of ad hoc research projects and analysis assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENT:

• A strong analytical mindset with a passion for using data to solve business problems.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data cleaning and basic analysis. Experience with SQL is a plus, but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City and able to work full-time in-person.
