Responsibilities

- +5 years of experience in Business Analysis, with proven experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements across different projects and stakeholder environments.

- Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting basic data analysis, and supporting senior analysts in the development of solutions

- Assist in creating workflow charts, diagrams, and reports to aid decision-making processes

- Assist in running workshops using proven techniques for creating detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements

- Assist in the creation of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and help in preparing user stories and use cases.

- Analyse business objectives, functions and processes

- Responsible for the completion of Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

- Create process flows / maps to the defined Process Playbook

- Accurately capture and document requirements in the Business Requirements Document (BRD)

- Organise and facilitate requirements workshops to gather business requirements from stakeholders and review existing ones to produce detailed business requirement specification documents

- Apply and monitor the use of modelling and analysis tools

- Responsible for understanding client requirements, seeking to fully address client needs, identifying, evaluating and recommending options

- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Payrol experience in European countries: Workday/UKG/HR/HCM experience
