Responsibilities

- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- +3 years of experience in General Accounting and/or Banking Accounting.

- Experience in banking, with knowledge of banking/capital markets products and Financial Information Systems.

- Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Manages functional solutions for financial interfaces supporting Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Liquidity, and Credit Risk reporting.

- Defines functional specifications, accounting schemes, controls, and data flows for financial systems and reporting projects.

- Documents functional and technical requirements for implementation by IT and Engineering teams.

- Coordinates stakeholders and project activities, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.

- Defines Chart of Accounts changes where required.

- Contributes to the testing strategy and performs accounting and reporting testing activities.

- Provides post-implementation/aftercare support to reporting users.

- Ensures financial and accounting requirements are accurately translated into effective functional solutions.

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
