Responsibilities:
• Analyze and clarify business requirements and service requests (SR) related to applications and IT systems
• Understand business needs through discussions and interviews with relevant stakeholders and, where required,
collect and analyze quantitative data
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed and actionable requirements for technical teams
• Assess the impact of requested changes on existing applications, systems and integrated solutions
• Identify the appropriate application modules and components where requirements can be implemented, taking
into consideration the agreed architecture and scope
• Collaborate closely with developers, technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the implementation
lifecycle
• Support the definition, clarification and prioritization of requirements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the delivery process
• Work with JIRA and Confluence for requirements, documentation and task management
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and the technical implementation
• Contribute to the analysis and documentation of integrated software solutions and application ecosystems

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis
• Previous experience in software development and/or working with integrated software solutions/ecosystems
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and clarification
• Experience managing and analyzing service requests (SR) for applications and systems
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements
• Experience with impact analysis and identifying the appropriate application modules/components for
implementing business requirements
• Good understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Previous experience in software development and/or working with integrated software solutions/ecosystems
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and clarification

• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements
