Business Analyst to the Management Board

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to the Management Board to support strategic decision-making, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Management Board, preparing insights and recommendations, coordinating key projects, and ensuring effective communication between senior leadership and stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to business performance and strategic development within an international organization.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver business analyses and management reports that support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and business recommendations.

• Coordinate strategic projects and monitor their implementation across the organization.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on key initiatives.

• Improve reporting standards and drive efficiencies in business processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant higher education.

• Experience in a business analysis, project management, or executive support role.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.

• Fluent English.

Salary: 3500-4000 €/mon. gross
