Technical Competencies

·Mapping Tools

·Market research analysis

·Should be able to envisage real-time business situations through mental mapping, abstracting the idea inferred from the specifications.

• Support ticketing queue management
• Metric tracking and reporting
• Low-level analysis of data and application issues
• Communication between developers and business users
• Strong written communication skills (ability to interpret requests for developers, and explain to business users technical issues
