Business Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:

· Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day executive activities.

· Monitors project timelines and follows up on action items to ensure timely execution and completion.

· Prepares presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

· Coordinates communication between the CEO, internal departments, clients, investors, partners, and other external stakeholders.

· Supports business planning, research activities, and executive decision-making through the collection, analysis, and presentation of business information.

· Tracks strategic priorities, operational updates, and key initiatives, facilitating effective coordination across functions.

· Handles highly confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.

· Supports special projects and cross-functional initiatives, contributing to the successful achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

· Previous experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership positions will be considered a strong asset.

· Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Experience in project coordination, reporting, and executive support activities.

· Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
