As a Business Developer – Energy Efficiency, you will:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Spanish CAE framework.
• Build and nurture relationships with eligible entities, industrial clients, and energy market stakeholders.
• Develop a qualified pipeline of opportunities to support outreach and growth targets.
• Educate potential partners and clients about the CAE mechanism and its economic benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, compliance, and trading) to structure customized offers.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments to anticipate opportunities and risks.
• Represent the company in professional events, meetings, and industry forums.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, energy brokerage, or sustainability consulting.
  
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within Spain and Europe when required.
