As a Junior Sales Trader, you will:

• Actively support client coverage, helping price, negotiate, and execute deals in real time
• Proactively build your own client network and generate commercial opportunities
• Participate directly in market-making discussions, pricing sessions, and daily market calls
• Develop trading intuition by monitoring market movements, client flow, and liquidity
• Take part in structuring commercial deals and preparing client proposals
• Support senior sales traders during client calls and follow up on commercial leads
• Coordinate internally to ensure trades are confirmed, settled, and compliant
• Join senior traders in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to grow your book

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Strong commercial mindset and interest in energy, sustainability, or trading
• Fluent English, any additional language is a plus
• A first experience in sales or trading is desirable
• Comfortable with numbers, analysis, and negotiation
• Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn in a demanding commercial environment
• Willing to relocate to Dubai
• Short notice availability
