Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic driven Business Development Associate, South East Europe & Central Europe to drive business growth across Southeastern and Central Europe markets. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a strong track record in B2B sales, capable of identifying and winning new clients in the areas of technology solutions, contact centre services, and business process outsourcing (BPO).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote technology, contact centre, and BPO solutions.
- Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and digital lead generation.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual or onsite) to understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology, outsourcing, or contact centre services.
- Strong understanding of the South East Europe & Central Europe Banking ecosystem
- Experience in selling Solutions and/or Services to Banks in South East Europe & Central Europe
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales cycles.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with international teams
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel abroad for client meetings and events.
