We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by owning pipeline development and progressing high-value deals. This role is suited for someone who can think strategically, engage clients confidently, and move opportunities toward closing.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales / business development with a strong revenue track record
- Proven ability to build and manage pipeline, not just close deals
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking to identify and drive growth opportunities
- Experience managing multiple deals and complex stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
- Target-driven and comfortable in a high-performance environment
