Santova is an international technology-based trade solutions specialist, delivering innovative end-to-end supply chain solutions. The Group is looking for an individual to join the company as a Business Development Manager in our Cape Town office.
Responsibilities:
- Target driven sales: Lead generation and cold calling
- Customer advice and support, including estimates and proposals
- Control over all aspects of liaison and interface with customers
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending new business development solutions
- Handle customer queries
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably BCom or Supply Chain and Logistics)
