We are looking for talented and competitive Business Development folks for our enterprise business
team. You would primarily work in acquiring new clients for our early career hiring solution, apna campus ai, understanding the hiring challenges of large enterprises and pitching contests/ hiring engagements as a solution to their hiring bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:
● Acquire new enterprise clients by understanding their hiring challenges and employer branding needs.
● Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding business with existing clients
● Generate qualified leads through cold calls, referrals, outbound outreach, social media, and networking
● Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and documentation
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
● Act as a brand ambassador for apna’s ecosystem of products and services
Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Tech Enterprise sales.
● Proven ability to manage and grow large enterprise accounts (past experience in managing Fortune 500 companies is a plus)
● Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with senior leadership
