What Is the Role?
Be the face of Northland in the business community!
This is a Full Time Business Development Officer position where you'll develop new business relationships, strengthen existing partnerships, and connect local businesses with financial solutions that help them grow. You'll work closely with business owners, community leaders, and our internal teams to identify opportunities, generate loans and deposits, and represent the Credit Union throughout our service area.

Qualifications:
β Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred
β Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
β NMLS licensing required (or ability to obtain)
β Business development, sales, lending, or financial institution experience preferred
