Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to government prospects (leads provided by Ordinal — no prospecting required)

• Qualify prospects and book product demos for the sales team to run
• Hit call volume targets of roughly 30–40 calls per hour
• Log call activity and outcomes accurately in JustCall and HubSpot
Requirements
• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a BDR/SDR role
• Strong, clear English phone communication skills
• Persistent and resilient — comfortable with a high volume of rejection (target booking rate is roughly 1–2%)
• Able to work Central Time business hours, Monday–Friday
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with JustCall and/or HubSpot (not required — training provided)
• Experience selling into government or B2G accounts
