Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound calls to HR leaders and business decision-makers to introduce the company's services.
- Build relationships and generate interest through professional, engaging conversations.
- Qualify prospective clients and schedule meetings for the leadership team.
- Manage a targeted prospect list while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, email, and other outreach methods.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and identify new business opportunities.
- Continuously learn and improve your sales, communication, and prospecting skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, retail, fundraising, business development, or another customer-facing role.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with new people.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with the resilience to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally.
- Experience using CRM systems or sales technology is a plus but not required.

The role is full-time and based in the Cleveland office five days per week. Compensation includes a $45,000.00 - 50,000 base salary with the ability to earn uncapped commission.
