Palm Beach County & North Broward | Full-Time | Field-Based | Base Salary + Commission

Principles Recovery Center (PRC) is hiring a Business Development Representative to grow referral partnerships for our adult substance use and co-occurring mental health PHP and IOP programs. We’re looking for someone with an established network in the local treatment community who can build trust and create appropriate connections to care.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with hospitals, detox programs, therapists, and behavioral health providers
• Educate referral partners about PRC’s programs and admissions process
• Coordinate with Admissions to ensure timely follow-up
• Manage territory outreach, networking, and CRM documentation
• Track referral trends and identify growth opportunities

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years in substance use treatment business development or outreach
• Established referral relationships in Palm Beach County or northern Broward
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a Level 2 background screening

Admissions or CRM experience and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency are a plus.
