Pinterest and Aleph are continuing to accelerate growth across APAC, and we are looking for an exceptional Regional Business Head to lead Pinterest鈥檚 commercial expansion from Singapore.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially driven, strategic, and inspiring leader who thrives in fast-paced international environments. What will you be doing?

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing regional team of sales leaders, Client Partners, and Account Managers across APAC to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Define and execute the regional commercial strategy to accelerate Pinterest鈥檚 growth across key APAC markets.
  • Identify and unlock new revenue streams, market opportunities, and strategic partnerships across agencies, brands, and resellers.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and regional business planning, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and scale revenue growth.
  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with major advertisers, agencies, holding groups, and strategic partners across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams including product, marketing, operations, and measurement to ensure regional alignment and operational excellence.
  • Establish scalable operational frameworks, sales processes, and best practices that drive efficiency and sustainable growth across multiple markets.
  • Represent Pinterest externally at key industry events, conferences, and leadership forums across APAC.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous development across multicultural teams.
  • Oversee relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure business continuity and excellence in execution.
  • Communicate regional performance, market insights, and strategic priorities effectively across global stakeholders and time zones.
  • What You Need for This Role?

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or platform partnerships across APAC markets.
  • Proven experience leading regional or multi-market commercial teams with strong revenue ownership.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations, building market strategies, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC advertising ecosystem, including agencies, brands, and digital media landscapes.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience working in matrixed, international organizations and navigating complex, fast-changing environments.
  • Business-level fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin or additional Asian languages is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and sales productivity tools.
  • Experience working with resellers or media representatives is a strong plus.
  • BA/BS degree required.
