About this role
About the Role
Help shape the commercial growth of our Cards & Payments division. As Business Manager, you will connect commercial strategy with operational execution—building profitable deals, strengthening revenue visibility, and turning complex processing data into clear business decisions.
Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Product, Compliance, and Operations, you will own the frameworks that keep our pipeline accurate, targets meaningful, and revenue aligned with actual performance. A key priority will be driving the rollout of Project Everest, bringing teams together to deliver this strategic initiative.
What You Will Do
- Develop data-backed deal-sizing and pricing models across card issuing and international payments, establish margin thresholds, and coordinate approvals with Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
- Reconcile processing revenue against contracted business and settlement volumes, identify revenue leakage and performance gaps, and partner with Finance and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
- Design quarterly and annual sales quotas for Business Development Managers, and manage commission calculations tied to verified, realized revenue.
- Own the division’s HubSpot or Salesforce setup, improve pipeline quality, and build reliable forecasts with clear visibility into deal progression and conversion.
- Deliver executive dashboards and monthly business reviews that translate take rate, net revenue, active merchant count, and pipeline performance into actionable insights.
- Lead the rollout of Project Everest and align Commercial, Finance, Product, Compliance, and Operations on product readiness, onboarding timelines, revenue recognition, and settlement performance.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience in business management, revenue operations, commercial strategy, or sales operations within fintech, banking, cards, or payments.
- Strong commercial and financial judgment, with proven experience sizing deals, developing pricing frameworks, and assessing product and merchant profitability.
- Experience translating processing and settlement data into accurate revenue forecasts, reconciling actual performance, and identifying opportunities to reduce revenue leakage.
- A track record of designing sales targets and managing incentive plans that reward realized revenue and support sustainable business growth.
- Hands-on proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce, alongside advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to build clear dashboards and compelling executive reports.
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills, with a proactive approach to solving problems and aligning teams from planning through rollout.
