Job description

As Mechanical Assembler at NTS Singapore, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and modules according to work instructions and quality standards. The role involves ensuring production targets and cycle times are met, handling materials, maintaining tools and equipment, identifying and reporting non-conformities, and supporting continuous improvement in assembly processes and tooling.

Furthermore, your duties are:

• Assemble mechanical from components level to module level, in accordance to Work Instruction or as per training provided

• Ensure product assembled meets customer specifications & expectations

• Perform assembly work consistently per targeted cycle time

• Assist in material handling and knitting whenever required

• Improve any process and tooling to achieve better quality and meet the target production outputs

• Report to immediate supervisor for non-conformity, if any

• Maintain tools, fixtures and equipment for production use. Report and wear and tear to supervisor

Job requirements

• Secondary School / GCE O-Level or relevant technical qualification

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment and technical assembly work

• Hands-on experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly
