Our small team is changing the way healthcare decisions are made. We’re building new products and solutions that allow patients and medical researchers to unlock the power of new datasets. We study the economic and clinical utility of new digital health technologies and enable regular people to participate in finding the best ways to help make managing health just a little easier for everyone. We need hungry, quick learners who thrive in a fast-moving environment and want to make a huge impact at the intersection of technology and healthcare.

This position is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Responsibilities

Function as a versatile business team member contributing to hiring, HR, and business operations

Develop strategic staffing and operational scalability plans

Design and support office operations and procedures

Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute an amazing, high-touch candidate experience: sourcing best-in-class candidates, conducting outreach, and scheduling interviews

Manage and run the training and on-boarding process for all new employees

Requirements

Hunger for new challenges and passion for working on innovative problems in both technology and healthcare

Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to easily connect with all types of people

Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
