General purpose of the position:
We are seeking a highly structured, autonomous, and execution-driven Business Operations & Development (BizOps). This role is pivotal in translating strategic growth initiatives, vendor partnerships, and platform integrations from Executive Management into scalable operational realities within our digital gaming platform (Sportsbook and Online Casino).
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, contract negotiation skills, and hands-on project management experience. You will serve as the execution bridge between executive strategy, internal operational teams, and key external partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Vendor Management & Contract Negotiations: Lead end-to-end contract negotiations with new key vendors and manage renegotiations/renewals with existing strategic partners, ensuring optimal commercial and operational terms.
• Partner & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary operational liaison for key B2B partners, technology providers, and external service providers.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive seamless collaboration across key internal stakeholders and operational teams to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate time-to-market.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Evaluate post-launch performance of new projects and operational initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for continuous enhancement.
Qualifications & Profile
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Vendor Management, Contract Negotiations, BizOps, or commercial operations in fast-paced tech/digital environments.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of negotiating commercial agreements, SLA terms, and pricing structures with third-party tech vendors.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Must be comfortable leading contract negotiations and managing global vendor relationships in English.
• Execution & Project Management: Demonstrated ability to drive multi-stakeholder initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and meet project timelines.
• Business & Analytical Acumen: Strong understanding of digital business models, project viability, and data-driven decision-making.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to manage senior internal stakeholders and external partner leadership.
