The E-Volunteer’s Role
Use your business development and digital outreach skills to help Cuso International strengthen private-sector partnerships in Colombia. Through the SHARE project and Kooltur’s specialized services, you will connect companies with practical solutions that advance inclusive employment, diversity, equity, and more equitable workplaces.
You will research and engage companies whose priorities align with social impact and inclusive business, with a focus on Canadian-owned organizations operating in Colombia. Your work will turn promising connections into diagnostics, tailored proposals, and meaningful collaboration.
As an e-volunteer, you will support the organization through the following activities:
- Research, map, segment, and contact at least 20 prospective companies each week, with consistent follow-up.
- Secure at least three virtual or in-person meetings each month and complete at least three initial company diagnostics.
- Refine the diagnostic tool, complete company profiles, and present clear findings and reports.
- Develop one to three tailored business proposals each month and support the Program Development team with implementation.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, data analysis, social communication, or a related field.
Essential Background:
- Strategic communications, institutional positioning, and relationship management.
- Experience engaging private or public companies; experience with Canadian companies is an asset.
- Experience designing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with social impact, inclusion, or nonprofit initiatives is preferred.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, digital campaigns, and social media analytics.
