En Natura México buscamos a una persona que quiera transformar los números en decisiones y acompañar el crecimiento de nuestros canales de Venta Online y Retail.
Como Coordinador/a Financiero/a, serás el Business Partner Financiero de ambos canales, brindando análisis e información de calidad que permitan tomar mejores decisiones y construir un crecimiento rentable y sostenible.
✨ Tus principales desafíos serán:
- Actuar como Business Partner Financiero de los negocios de Online y Retail.
- Liderar la construcción del presupuesto y forecasts de corto plazo.
- Realizar el análisis de resultados mensuales, identificando oportunidades, riesgos y principales variaciones.
- Generar y analizar el P&L de cada canal, acompañando sus principales indicadores financieros.
- Construir Business Cases para evaluar iniciativas y oportunidades de expansión de los canales.
- Desarrollar análisis financieros ad hoc que apoyen la toma de decisiones del negocio.
- Traducir información financiera en insights y recomendaciones accionables para los equipos de negocio.
- Acompañar a los equipos de Online y Retail promoviendo una visión financiera orientada al crecimiento rentable.
🌱 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?
- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Administración, Economía, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en Finanzas.
- Experiencia previa desempeñándote como Finance Business Partner o acompañando financieramente áreas de negocio.
- Sólidos conocimientos de Finanzas y Contabilidad.
- Manejo de Excel avanzado.
- Alta capacidad analítica y pensamiento crítico.
- Comunicación efectiva, proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de manera cercana con diferentes áreas del negocio.
