  • Translate supply chain business needs into clear, practical process requirements and improvement actions.
  • Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable root-cause solutions.
  • Drive process standardization and global alignment between SCM operations, procedures, and ERP capabilities.
  • Develop, update, and maintain SCM procedures, guidelines, and training materials for global users.
  • Support training, change management, and communication to ensure adoption of updated SCM processes across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience with strong project management and multi-initiative coordination skills.
  • Solid understanding of process improvement, problem solving, and quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
  • Change-oriented, technology-curious, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 2600 EUR/month

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
