Butler - Italian/Russian/French/Spanish Speaker

About the Role

The Butler provides personalized, discreet, and high-end service to assigned guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable luxury stay. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, managing special requests, and delivering exceptional personalized services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized butler services to VIP and assigned guests

• Handle guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B for guest needs

• Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring complete guest satisfaction

• Arrange dining, transportation, and in-room experiences

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, coffees, and specialty drinks

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred

• 2–4 years’ experience as Butler or in luxury hotel guest service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of professionalism, grooming, and discretion

• Knowledge of VIP service standards in luxury hotels

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Fluency in English (mandatory)

• Additional languages highly preferred: Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic
