An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our high performing and dynamic Buying team as a Buyers Admin Assistant! Reporting into our Junior Buyer you will be highly analytical, have a passion for fashion and keen to begin your career in Buying.

Day to day, you will:

Manage a VA (Virtual Assistant) workload and delegate tasks / training new tasks

Setting up PO’s to be raised - Branded, Own Buy and Floor & Handing over to VA’s to raise

Negotiation of pricing for all repeat orders for In-House designs. Update Google Sheet new prices.

Managing and saving down Branded Assets

Liaising around ATS & relaying back to buyer accordingly

New Arrival Performance reporting - Setup imagery for weekly trade slides

Campaign Management - Oversee Full accountability over assigned campaigns and edits

Create and maintain campaign edits

Execute Sample Management for campaign shoots, relevant fit projects and relevant development styles.

Ensuring styles are marked off and handed over correctly to relevant teams - End to end ownership.

Coordinate and complete back to warehouse procedures for all samples

Maintain and update Website Edit Population - Ensuring MD’s are cleared out and edit is looking relevant to trend

Maintaining Reshoot Tracker - Add style requests from CEO/HOP and delete styles with low SOH

Faulty Fit Management - Calling in faulty samples for Design Team to fit

Assisting the creative team on ecom shoot days where needed
