The work:
- Support the development of campaign strategy briefs based on research, market insights, customer pain points, and client strategic priorities and development
- Support the development of customer engagement surveys to enrich our understanding of their journey and pain points
- Help develop and implement creative strategies that reimagine how to engage customers
- Support the development of a balanced mix of ad hoc and triggered campaigns, evolving the use of personalization, automation, and multi-touch journeys
- Work cross-functionally with PM, Analytics, Technology, and Creative teams to establish timelines to execute campaigns according to the annual campaign calendar
- Actively manage the quality control process of all creative assets, briefs, weekly status reports and client presentations
- Support the establishment of KPIs to measure for each campaign
- Support the definition of A/B testing approaches for email and phone scripts to optimize campaign engagement
- Track and incorporate testing insights into future campaigns briefs
- Support the development of monthly campaign reports and generate insights
- Support the development of weekly client-facing status reports
Here’s what you need:
- 1-3 years of experience in campaign planning or loyalty marketing
- Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and data-driven campaign strategies
- Experience in campaign measurement, A/B testing, and data interpretation
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$57,300—$115,800 USD
