Campus Pastor - West Side

Overview:
The West Side Campus Pastor revitalizes and reimagines one of Ecclesia’s most strategically positioned yet underutilized campuses. This role blends pastoral presence with entrepreneurial action to reach both spiritually curious individuals and neighboring communities facing real needs. With a creative and adaptive spirit, this leader casts vision and shepherds growth as the campus steps into what’s next.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead vibrant Sunday gatherings and cast vision for community engagement
• Cultivate a welcoming, multi-generational community rooted in belonging and discipleship
• Identify and develop lay leaders across ministries—hospitality, formation, outreach
• Initiate a strategic outreach plan connecting with both affluent and underserved communities
• Oversee partnership activation with groups like MAM and Social Motion
• Engage in cross-campus collaboration on shared campaigns, teaching, and outreach

• Strategic and visionary leader with a heart for spiritual formation and evangelism
• Charismatic communicator with strong relational intelligence
• Skilled at managing change and galvanizing people toward a new vision
• Familiar with multisite systems and pastoral care models
• Able to evaluate space and programming needs with a growth lens

• Reports to Executive Pastor
• Collaborates with Outreach Team, Spiritual Formation Team and Program Partners
