Care Assistant Support Worker
Care Assistant / Support Worker required for our clients based in Maidenhead
We have currently been awarded a contract to supply staff to various homes around Maidenhead.
Our client has the following provisions:
- Supported Housing Schemes
- Care Homes
- Respite Service
- Short-term support (START)
all above is working with customers within Elderly care and Learning Disabilities Adults.
Shift Times:
10.00 -16.00
11.00 - 18.00
07.00 - 14.30
14:00 - 22.00
22.00- 07.00
What we are looking for in our Support workers / Care Assistants
- Customer focused and a caring nature
- A Positive can do attitude
- Willing to Learn
Requirements:
- Must have a min 2 month experience within health and social care
- Have Mandatory training within the last 12 months or willing to undergo our classroom based training
- DBS on the update Service or Willing to apply for one with us
- Two Proofs of address within the last 3 months
- Photo ID or Full birth Certificate
- Proof of NI
- Weekly Pay
- Holiday Pay
- Employer pension contribution
- Higher than national pay rates per hour
- Training Programs level 2 and 3 in key areas of care
- Referral fee
